This is not Live Chat. You started a topic. It is a Peer User Community, not customer support.

What are "cases?"

I had a efiling errors on a prior return. Called support and helped me resolve the issue. They gave me a case number. How do I look up this case and the instructions on how to resolve the same issue on another return?

There is no Case Management part of the peer user community forum. That would be for use between you and Support.

As for "same issue" that might be an error code or some status that you can research, or post a topic and someone might be able to help. Do Not put your contact info or the case number info on this Public internet, though. Play safely.

Did they by chance email you the "chat" from the previous case?   Or login to your Intuit account, see if there is some place to look up prior cases for your account.

@David31 I'll send you a private message, I might be able to help.
