How do I include filing instructions for DC tax form D-30?

My client is a DC resident and required to file DC D-30 tax form. I noticed that the client letter does not include filing instructions for this return. Note the DC D-30 cannot be e-filed using ProSeries Professional. It must be filled manually via US mail or drop off at DC OTR office. How do I show filing instructions in the client letter?

If they dont have a preformed paragraph for it, you may have to type one out yourself, or just tell them in a phone call, this one has to be mailed, Ive marked where to sign and included an envelope.
