How do I handle the input if the partners reside in different states?

On form 1065, what is the input if the partners reside in different states?   I'm getting a Schedule K-1 (NR) for the partner who is a resident of the state.

Nothing on the 1065.  However, the state may want the partnership to pay in some tax in case the partner doesn't file there or they may want the partnership to withhold some tax to encourage the partner to file there.
