How do I force form 1310 to print with the returns?

I keep having to print the form 1310 alone, and then scan and attach it, to keep the whole return together. WTH?

I just did a couple of those forms not too long ago and I did not have a problem... Did you tell Pro Series to print that form if there is any data on it?... There is a section in the software where you can control which forms to print and as far as I know if the form prints then it is e-filed... Just my opinion

    I had a couple of returns needing the form and didn't have any issues either.
