How do I fix Form 1040 Schedule SE? SE Adj Worksheet does not select any usage of Optional methods, but the software is auto-populating $5,880 in Schedule SE line 14.

We have not selected any usage of Optional methods on Schedule SE Adj Worksheet in Proseries 2021. However, the software is auto-populating $5,880 into the Farm Optional Method Line 14 of Schedule SE. The form does not carry down the total to line 15 so there is not impact to the return, but I am concerned this will be an error that will kick it out at the IRS. How can this be fixed?

The software is not generating that. That is part of the blank IRS form.

Line 14 schedule SE is just a maximum default amount if you did choose to use that method.
