How do I enter NYC wage income on IT360.1 which is different from NYS wage income?

Client moved out of NYC after buying a house in the suburbs.  Where do I enter NYC wages which are less than the NYS total.  Form IT-360.1 Part 1 Column B Line 1 automatically populates with the NYS amount and cannot be changed without overriding the amount?  City Wg/SE Income Allocation Worksheet also automatically populates with NYS amount and cannot be changed without overriding the amount.  Is there some other location for me to input the correct NYC resident wages?

On the federal  w2 worksheet under the state wages enter in locality; use NYC....

you shouldn’t have to override anything.
