How Do I Enter Info From A WI Partnership K-1?

I have a client who lives and works in IL.  He invested in a real estate partnership in WI and I have a WI K-1.  I have no idea where I enter the info from the K-1 into the program.  What is worse, customer service had no idea what I should do.  After insisting all I needed to do was import the data from the partnership, after about 5 goes at it, they finally grasped the concept that I didn't prepare the partnership return but was handed paper forms.

There are WI modifications to federal income and also WI tax withheld.  I tried to enter that in the smart worksheet where it allows entries from pass through entities, but whenever I added the amount, it immediately subtracted the exact same amount on the next line.  Online help directed me to the tax payments worksheet but there are no enterable lines which seem to apply.

I am used to IL where the program actually has an IL K-1 where you can just enter the data right from the form and the program does its thing.  I can't believe the program is clueless on WI so I am quite ready to accept that I am doing something so idiotic it is laughable.  Can anyone point me in the right direction?  I really have been drinking Fireball over this issue.

You don't enter a WI K1 You just use schedule I to adjust difference between federal and WI according to partnership instruction

That is helpful.  Any ideas on the withholding?
