How do I claim legal expenses incurred in defending job against charges filed in ProSeries 2020? It is allowed per Pub. 529.

"in defending job against charges filed"

A "job" is not a Defendant. People are the plaintiff and defendant.

Who sued whom for what reason? Which part of Misc Deduction do you feel this falls under? Are you asking for the employer or the employee?
