Question

How do I change the tax return from "Form 1040" to "FORM 1040-SR". I don't see where I can change it on the return now? Thank you

Why not just use the 1040?

The more I know the more I don’t know.

    Near the top of the federal information worksheet,, near the name/address area if a box to check if you want to use the SR or not.

    Im not sure all senior citizens will qualify for using the SR, so if you have it checked to use it and its not, they may not qualify for it.
