How do I change from a 50 return Pro Series license to a 20 return license? When I try to renew to the lesser, it keeps denying me the request.
When I attempt to renew to a 20-return license for 2026, I get an error message. Apparently because I had a 50-return license in the past, I cannot renew for 20???? Is there a way to bypass this?
