How do I attach form 8886 to a return I am getting ready to efile?

manually complete the Form 8886.  make a.pdf of it.  Open the return.  Top Toolbar>>>>select e-file.>>>>>Attach pdf files>>>Add Attachment>> and choose 'other' type...and in the description...I'd put form 8886.
