how do I account for a rental on the days tented out at far i rental values, and days of personal use? When a main home was converted into a rent on 09/01/2021?

Personal converted to rental, since the unit was placed in service as a rental on 9/01/2021 I would enter 122 days rented at FRV and zero days of personal use.
