I purchased Pro-series 2022 program and I want all of my client's data 2021 in Pro connect to copy and transfer to Pro-Series to convert previous info easily.

I want to use Pro and tax online both.

Is there any formal email to help me to let him know my account's number, I am out of U.S .

It's hard to call .

How can I transfer it ?

when you get Intuit to convert the files, make sure to verify asset entries and prior year data is correct.

i had some files converted from Lacerte years ago…. It wasn’t pretty… but it was long ago… they are likely better at it.

If at first you don’t succeed…..find a workaround
