How can I resolve a state efile that was rejected for banking info that is clearly there? Refund not going outside U.S, and direct deposit boxes are checked.

Did you print out the full rejection explanation? I had a CA reject the other day for failing to enter a Work phone number when I scheduled Estimated payments to be auto withdrawn....PS gave me no pink errors (missing info) prior to filing the return..
