How can I receive dependent care credits in excess of amount paid by employer in Box 10 of W-2?

Total expenses paid for dependent care was $9,000 for the year.  Total in Box 10 was $5,000. Can the remaining $4,000 be used to claim the dependent care credit?

How many kids?  What happens when you enter the figures in the program?  Have you followed the money on the Form 2441?
