How can I get rid of the E-signature Balance Tab on my Homebase?

Does anyone know how to get rid of the eSignautre balance tab at the right of the Homebase view?

on the far right are three icons  - Bell, Pencil,  Cloud     Click the Pencil - it will open/close the Esignature window
