You may try looking for a lender or mortgage broker who does old fashioned "Manual Underwriting" which does not use a FICO score.

Here is one example (I am not affiliated with them and no nothing about them other than having heard their advertisements) This page says No Credit, but you might want to contact someone like them and see if they can help you.
