Help with 1120 Return. Payments are auto entered and need to know how to remove

Hello, I am working on a return. The payments are automatically entered but no payments have been made, can someone jump on a zoom or call or walk me through this?

If you're talking about having the tax payments made through the software they are never automatically entered. That would be a scary thought. So somehow somewhere someone entered them. but, until they're transmitted in the E-file system they're not actually made.

If for whatever reason you have a file glitch, I'd delete the file, re-transfer it from the prior year, or start with a fresh clean file.

Yikes. I deleted it and it worked, but now I have to pay for the return again. Is there a number or a resource that I can call and pay and they walk me through these issues?

You should have mentioned this was a Pay Per Return in your original post.

I haven't used PPR in over twenty years so someone else will have to answer. My guess is Intuit will have no sympathies and says this is a user issue, not their problem.
