HELP my 2018 program won't display any of my tax clients info... blank grey screen!

When opening up my 2018 it showed my clients had filed or efiled etc.. on the home base etc... but when I click on one of them it opens up to a blank page. (the home base shows something is there in each ones file) I uploaded a back up I have of the clients and the same thing!!! What do I do? I tried updating my program.. same thing!

Try going to windows start, ProSeries 2019, Repair updates

yes I have tried rebooting and still the same.. 19 , 17, 16 etc.. opens fine.... and displays copies of everything but 18.. just blank grey screen … … homebased is fine.

I am having the same problem, my 2018 program will not display 1040 clients, shows a blank gray screen. I tried updating the software and 2019 "repair updates"
