Help claiming the foreign earned income credit
Hello,
I'm trying to complete from 2555, the Foreign Earned Income credit for the first time in my tax career. I've never done this form before & I'm struggling to complete it. Can someone please tell me how to go about it, either tell me a website where I can learn how to do this, step-by-step or provide specific instructions, please? Do I also need to file form 1116? The client qualifies to exclude his income, but I'm not sure about the correct way to complete the forms. Any help will be GREATLY appreciated.
