If I have already entered that family had health coverage through out entire year, and come to found out 1 of them only had coverage for 1 month. How do I change that? where and what form?

well the federal doesn't care if you were covered anymore, only some states require it now...which state is this for?

    Can't you change it on the same form you originally entered they all had health coverage.   And like @Just-Lisa-Now-  said  it's not relevant for the federal return anymore         Is this for a 2020 tax return?    Form 8965 was the form to use for 2018 and earlier returns.
