Health Care Credit Forgiveness

Is there going to be a software update for the health care credit forgiveness or do we just leave the 1095 information completely off the return.  Seems like that would just flag an audit.

      The update for SEHI and Marketplace Insurance still hasnt come out.  What you can do is unlink the 1095A from the Sch C or K-1 and just enter the actual premiums paid like you would any other type of health insurance premiums that weren't marketplace.

        its 2 weeks before the deadline and its still not fixed.

         

        i guess i can unlink it and show only the premiums paid.. maybe they will allow the client a deduction for something that does not have to be repaid.
