Has anyone had trouble transferring to ProSeries a TurboTax file that was downloaded from TurboTax Online

I am attempting to transfer a TurboTax desktop file that was downloaded from TurboTax online.  I get the message "An unknown error occured while attempting to transfer (120) ".  

Does anyone have a solution for this?

You can't do it.  TT can convert to PS, but not the other way around.

You misread my question.  I am trying to transfer/import a 2020 TurboTax file into ProSeries.  The file is a desktop file that was downloaded from TurboTax Online.

Im sorry, I misread.
So they downloaded the TT Online file and opened it in TT Desktop and saved it?
