Has anyone else had issued resolved when Where's My Refund indicates information not found for early March e-filed returns
Has anyone else had issued resolved when Where's My Refund indicates information not found for early March e-filed returns? Two clients filed in early March and had refunds but Where's My Refund doesn't recognize the taxpayer information. I have tried calling 5 different IRS numbers and either they don't answer or tell me they can't help me or try to transfer me and I get disconnected. Has anyone had luck or know of what the problem is?
