Form 990-PF, Part XIV Line 2
Even though I entered the information on the software, ProSeries is listing 'See Supplementary Information Statement' for lines 2(a-d). That's fine, except there is no supplementary information statement generated. Very frustrating that we can't say directly to ProSeries 'hey, there's an issue that needs corrected' but have to make a 'suggestion' and that if you call, the person you talk to has to also make a 'suggestion'. I spent over an hour earlier this week on the phone with tech support trying to deal with another issue on this same return, as the continuation statement for grants is printing wonky (columns labeled: 'Rela', 'tion', 'ship', etc.) I may need to paper-file this particular return so I can create my own schedules. I don't have another hour to spend on the phone to end up with 'suggestions'.
I'm usually very happy with ProSeries, but not in this case.
