Form 8962 using 2017 poverty line instead of updated 2018. Family size 8 is showing poverty line of 41,320, hhs.gov says 42,380. Anyone else seeing this? Is Intuit aware?

The 2018 poverty line was adjusted up to 42,380 from the 2017 figure of 41,320 according to everything I've researched. Proseries doesn't appear to have the updated figures. Are others seeing this, and is there a workaround or an update coming to address this?

It's always a year behind. When you sign up for marketplace insurance in November 2017 for 2018, the 2018 poverty amounts have not yet been published so the whole system runs on the prior year. Whether this is by design or just by accident, who knows, but it is what it is.
