why isn't the taxable amount transferring to line 15c on form 8606

2 things must happen to generate a calculation for line 15c

1 enter value of ALL traditional, SEP, SIMPLE IRAs as of December 31, 2020 (line 6)

2 There must a Distribution for 2020 (line 7)
