Form 1099R Distribution Code 7 doesn't seem to flow to Form 1040 Schedule D for 2018. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. If I override, the return can't be e-filed
I can't get the capital gain portion to flow into the return.

Delete the 1099R worksheet and reenter a new one from scratch...I've ran across damaged 1099R worksheets in the past.
