Amending BBA partnership under Rev Proc 2020-23

Software does not seem to support the "Filed Pursuant to Rev Proc 2020-23" required at top of the amended return; please prove me wrong...

    I feel like someone asked about this in the past week or so...I dont see a way to add text to the top of the return and be able to Efile it.
