Form 1040 keeps filling in the Qualifying widower information

The information worksheet keeps filling in the dependent information for qualifying widower. Filing status is married filing joint #2, not qualifying widower (#5). If I delete that dependent the information just populates again. I've tried deleting the dependent. Then the 2nd dependent information populates #5. Can't seem to get rid of this error. Is this a bug in the program?

If you do not put L under the Lived with Taxpayer in US the problem does not appear. I certainly would not file it electronically until it is fixed but this at least lets you look at it without getting angry!
