For clients having passive loss on page 8582 p1 - it shows error.Simple Schedule E with passive loss. NOt sure why it is showing up

For clients having passive loss on page 8582 p1 - it shows error.Simple Schedule E with passive loss. NOt sure why it is showing up


how to check why the error is showing up..he is a passive.

If I click ACTIVE participation..the error goes away. So, there is something with passive.

Form not finalized? That is my error.

Interestingly, when the rental is Active, the 8582 is not showing in the list of Forms in Use, but when it is passive, the 8582 is required and in Use, and the extra error appears.
