Question
Federal 1040: Page 2: Line 13a. .
This line shows the amount of child tax credit and the amount of credit for retirement savings on the
on the taxes I am working on. The amount goes nowhere. It is not subtracted from the tax owed.
Then on Line 18e and Line 19 are not added for the amount of refund. Am I just confused or did I pay
for a program that is incorrect??????
