ERROR IN 1095-A COLUM A FILED BUT WITH ZEROS IN COLUMNS B & C

    You should put the same numbers as on your clients 1095A. If a column has a zero just leave it blank, but you need a number in column B for every line that has a number in column A. You may have to look up the amount in column B

    You’ll need to use the LookUp tool on healthcare .gov website to find the amounts for for Column B.  Column C can be blank.
