electronic payment of 2020 4th quarter federal and state of California estimated payments

Can someone assist me in setting up a federal 1040-ES and CA 50-ES for the 4th quarter

to electronically be debited from my clients bank account.

If you didn't do it when the 2019 return was filed, it is too late.

Use IRS Direct Pay and CA's online equivalent.
