Electronic Filling Disallowed: Maryland 510D Estimated Tax Payments on 1040

In regards to filing MD Form 502-Resident Income Tax Return, I have been experiencing an issue with filing the return electronically. The MD S-Corp paid 510D resident tax which was properly reported on the K-1s, but this amount did not transfer to the individual return. I put the tax remitted on behalf of the shareholders as tax payments on line 18a, but the state is not allowing me to file the return electronically. Has anyone else has this issue?  Thank you for your help.

How did you file the S corp return when MD hasn't even issued the form for the election to pay the resident members tax?

I suspect the MD individual efile issue is due to MD forms, and consequently the software, not being updated yet.

The more I know the more I don’t know.
