electronic filing report- how to activate "sort by" option?

I would like to print electronic filing report- help to activate "sort by" option and how to customize by last name not date.

Which electronic filing report are you wanting to print.  Some reports do not allow the "sort by" option - such as the Accepted Returns report.   The Intuit Electronic Postmark Report will allow the "sort by" option but its only option other than alphabetical is by SSN/EIN.

    I'm trying use the "Electronic filing return status summary". Big and stupid problem is that it start with first name! why? I need LAST name in alphabetic!  Thank you!!

    When I select Customized Report and select option Client Name I get a report sorted by last name.
