Efiling a client but am getting efile status messages from other clients who I have already efiled
I am trying to efile one client like I have always done from their individual tax return file. When I select the efile electronically and check both state and Federal to be efile, it seems to be working correctly but the process when receiving the acknowledgements is taking a super long time. When the acknowledgements is completed, my client's name is not listed but a lot of other clients are listed. One even indicated that a client had an error but that client's efile was accepted back in February. HOW can I efile a client's 2019 tax return????
