efiling 2018 federal tax returns in ProSeries

We are trying to efile a 2018 federal tax return in ProSeries, but we keep getting an error message saying the program needs to be updated.  We've done this many times & it still won't transmit.  Anyone having the same issue?

You need to REFRESH updates using one of these 2 different methods, sometimes it takes doing the refresh more than once for it to fix it.
