Efile client info disappears- Doesn't matter where. Restart get info back.?
It doesn't matter if you are viewing clients under All, Pending or Accepted under e-file. Everything is there and then while getting an acknowledgement all the names for all the clients that have been e-filed are gone. The column is completely blank. You have to restart the program inorder to get the program showing things correctly.
