E-Filed 2020 Amended Return but No Status Update from Intuit after 72 Hours

I e-filed a 2020 emended return on 9/23/22 (ProSeries). Status shows submitted to Intuit. No update available after 72 hours so it looks like it's stuck in limbo. What do I do?

Highlight the file in the EFCenter, then instead of using Receive Acks, choose Update Acks of selected Returns, see if that pulls in the Ack.

Here's an update. I was OTP with Tracy from customer support. She spent time looking at the internal Intuit system and determined that the return was received and is ready to submit to the IRS. Apparently this process can now take up to 2 weeks. She pointed me to the Electronic Filing Report which shows the current status, which is what I needed for my client.

It can take up to two weeks for Intuit to submit a return to the IRS ?

Why ? (I know you don't know the answer but just had to throw this out there)
