Downloading of State forms

I am using ProSeries basic tax edition for 2020.  When I try to download a State tax forms, my system shows that the latest releases have been downloaded.  However, I still cannot see any forms on my system.  Is anyone else being to download any state forms?  

I do not think my system is working correctly, and I have been working with tech support without them answering any of my conserns.

 

Can anyone help?

From within an open  federal return, click on the state button on the left hand side and a window will pop with the states available for your to select to open or download if not already downloaded.

If 👆 does not work, please run Tools - Repair Updates from the Windows menu
