Dont transfer W-2s and 1099s that are not used

Good afternoon

How can I not transfer tax forms (W-2s and 1099s) that were not used the prior year?

there is a box to check for Do Not Transfer to next year on the W2 entry worksheet below the employer information 

same for 1099s - below Payer EIN info
