Does ProSeries have an option to shutoff the automatic closing timeout, so you don't have to sign back in again?

If I'm working on a client tax return in Proseries and step away for some time, the program automatically shuts off and I have to reenter my password to get back into the program.  Can this time be adjusted or totally turned off?

No you cannot change that or stop it from happening.

The IRS is pushing security of tax data and this is one of the initiatives that they pushed.

Some folks have added a mouse wiggler to avoid the issue.  I don't feel a need for that as long as I still have my 11 fingers - I just log back on if I have been away from the screen too long.
