Does illinois tax unemployment paid to non illinois residents by illinois department of employment security?
Client lives in KY. Client received unemployment from Illinois department of employment security with $144 withheld in Illinois state income tax. Total Unemployment received is $2904. My Question is, does Illinois tax this income on my KY client. There is NO other illinois income. Thank you.
