Question

Does anyone know why the 1120S Basis Info Worksheet has been removed from Pro Series during 2022. It was there earlier this year and I found it a very helful tool to track stockholder basis from year to year.

I have found it for this year. They changed the worksheet so the amounts need to be reviewed.

There is a check box on the S corporation Information Worksheet to activate the basis worksheet

    Just a word of warning. A shareholder who had disallowed losses prior to 2021. Be careful. Those losses do not carry over to the 2021 basis worksheet.
