Does anyone know what the IRS has decided about Massachusetts Family and Medical Leave? Is it taxable and is it entered on the 1099-G work sheet and where?

was it reported to the taxpayer on a 1099g?

Yes, it was. when you go to the worksheet box 1 looks like it is for unemployment only.

If its on a 1099g its treated the same as unemployment, PS doesnt have the extra box for it, so its entered the same as UI.
