Does anyone know if there are refund delays again, especially for Head of Household person??
I have 2 clients not being sent to IRS by ProSeries and another 1/2 dozen not getting any updates on the 'where's my refund' site. What gives?

The WMR website gets overloaded and slammed by DIYers looking a dozen times a day to see if their refund has been issued.
How long has it been since the 1/2 dozen that haven't seen any updates on WMR were accepted?
