Does anyone know how to get a converted client file to transmit? Return has been converted but will not transmit. There are no error codes given. Final review is clean.

I saw 2 different people mention this over the weekend, here's one of them that fixed their issue

Heres the other one, but it sounded like they were going to need to call support....they posted earlier than the one above, so maybe they had the same problem but didnt realize it.
