Does anyone have any experience as to which bank is better to deal with - Santa Barbara TPG, River City, or Refund Advantage?
Would like to know about resolution of problems, ease of using their website to print checks, etc.

I think you are probably going to need to do your own research on that. Most of the folks that hang around here this time of the year don’t use those services.
