Do I mail amended taxes or can I efile them?
I have a New York client that needs to amend a tax return from last year that I did not prepare. Do I have to mail the amended taxes? Can amended taxes be esigned?

It can only be paper filed and you need an old fashioned signature with a pen, pencil, or crayon.
